what a study room

one that would have me studying most of my time!

my current desk is in a mess (nothing new) and i am in between clearing it and searching for inspirations. that's when i came across this rustic airy white & red themed study from My Home Ideas.


if only i had such a beautiful view in front of me right now...

before i loved pink

i loved the color green.

The wall in the first room i called my own was painted lime green. i miss the cheery look of that room.

Well, i still do like green now just that pink is simply too pretty to ignore.

Am really glad to have found this site.

Bemz specializes in slip covers for cushions, sofas and armchairs. They have also recently done slipcovers for IKEA sofas and this is my favorite from the collection...


I have another favorite, one that is oh so preeeeety! It's from one of their customers in Finland for her Ekeskong armchair.


Now the best part is also, they ship to Singapore!

Back to School

with chalkboards.

An IKEA newsletter just came in the post and I saw an article of how a couple used the chalkboard in their kitchen, very fun and functional. So I did a bit of searching, hoping for some ideas that I can use at my own home.

Something I found from Bemz blog. This would be such a fun kitchen. They have lots of other interior inspirations.

Some others that I found from SJ Home Interiors, they ship internationally but you will need to check the rates.

I like the chalkboard drawers best. It's actually peel & stick, how cool!

a variety of looks appeal to me when it comes to interiors.

i love those shabby chic pretty ones ... or those modern, structural types ... and even colorful, erratic vibes! see how varied but i guess the main criteria would be 'as long as it's beautiful and i like it'.
